Cooking Instructions

Dry roast fox nuts and grind it to a coarse powder.

Boil milk in a pan for 10 min on medium heat.Grind dates with 1/2 cup milk.Add fox nut powder and dates mixture in the milk.Cook for 3-4 min.Add sugar into it.

Cook for 2 min.and switch off the gas.Garnish it with some almonds and raisins.

Your tasty dates and fox nut pudding is ready to serve.Enjoy this sweet treat with your family and friends on Christmas.
