Cooking Instructions

Cut the pork belly, celery and tomatoes into bite-size pieces.

Heat a pan, add olive oil and fry the pork belly.

When the pork belly is about 60% cooked, add the celery.

When the celery is slightly cooked, add the tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes break down a little.

Add water and soup stock.
- 6
When warm, it's ready!
Add salt if necessary.
Tastes great with oregano or other herbs if you like.
