Round Bread Rolls Filled with Anko - Made in a Bread Machine

I was given a lot of anko, so I made some anko-filled bread rolls.
When wrapping the anko, make sure to securely close up the dough. Otherwise the anko will leak out while baking. For 12 rolls. Recipe by Yun

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the bread dough ingredients into the bread machine and turn on the bread dough course!!
- 2
Lightly dust the counter with flour, take out the dough from the bread machine, and release the gas. Separate into 12 pieces and form balls. Place a wrung-out damp kitchen towel on top for about 20 minutes.
- 3
Spread the balls flat and place about 15 g of anko in the center of each.
- 4
Roll them back into balls and spray lightly with water. Place in an oven preheated to 40°Cfor 40 minutes for the second rising.
- 5
Coat the surfaces with beaten egg for glazing, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- 6
Wrapping up the anko takes some practice, but anko wrapped in moist bread is so delicious.
- 7
I thought that anko-filled bread usually has black sesame seeds, but last time the white ones went really well with the bread, so I used more this time.

Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine
Since I love wiener sausage bread rolls, I made some.I used a "MKHDBー100" bread machine. *I used the "bread dough" program, with 1 hour for the 1st rising. When you check the dough during that time and it's already doubled in volume, you don't need to wait for the whole hour. You can remove the dough from the machine at that point. Make sure to cover the dough not being handled during Step 4, 5,6 so that it doesn't dry out. When you are slashing the tops, if you wet the tip of a knife, it won't stick to the dough and it's easier to make clean cuts. Please be careful not to slash the bread too deeply. Thinking back to the bread sold at my elementary school snack shop, besides the apple bread, there was a long chocolate bread. Its chewy texture and the chocolate inside really won my heart.
