Ingredients

  1. 1 packchoisam
  2. Halfchicken thigh,slice
  3. 5garlic minced
  4. slicesSome ginger
  5. 1 tspoyster sauce
  6. 2 tbspcooking oil
  7. 1little water

Cooking Instructions

    Boil choisam until half cook then set aside.

  2. 2

    Then sautee garlic and ginger until fragrant.Then add in chicken.Stir fry until golden brown.Add in oyster sauce.

  3. 3

    Then pour water.Simmer until chicken are cook.Then add in choisam,mix well then transfer in a plate.
