Ingredients: 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts; 2 cup Italian bread crumbs; 1 tbsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp Mrs dash original seasoning; 3 tbsp French fried onions; 2 Roma tomatoes; 1/2 White onion; 2 tbsp Vegetable oil; 4 tbsp Pesto; 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Ingredients

4 servings

4Boneless skinless chicken breasts
breading
2 cupItalian bread crumbs
1 tbspItalian seasoning
1 tspMrs dash original seasoning
3 tbspFrench fried onions
on top
2Roma tomatoes
1/2White onion
2 tbspVegetable oil
4 tbspPesto
1 cupGrated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400? F

Slice chicken into 1 inch strips

Place chicken strips in bowl/plate of flour, cover fully

Place chicken strips in egg, cover fully

In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, French fried onions and spices and bread chicken

In a 9x13 greased glass pan place breaded chicken strips

Over the stove, saute onions and tomatoes with vegetable oil

Sprinkle sauteed onions and tomatoes over chicken

Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste on top

Cook for 30 minutes

Take out of oven and drizzle pesto over finished chicken
