Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil eggs for about 15 minutes or until you know for sure they're hard then place them under cold water and remove the shells.
- 2
Slice the peeled eggs down the center long ways and scoop the yolks out and place them in a bowl.
- 3
Cut the avocado in half and scoop the halves out and place them in the bowl with the yolks.
- 4
- 5
Mash the yolks, mustard, (mayonnaise), and avocado until it has a creamy consistency. Squeeze half a lime in to help the avocados stay fresh.
- 6
Using a piping tool, pipe the creamy mixture back into the egg whites.
- 7
Top the deviled eggs with paprika, pepper and you're done. I like to put a dab of hot sauce on the eggs before I eat then for an extra kick.

Dirty Deviled Eggs Dirty Deviled Eggs
My family has handed this recipe down for at least 3 generations and it's a huge family staple at our holidays. The theory behind this is the dirtier a martini the more olive juice so it's the same with these dirty deviled eggs. However that being said I don't know actual measurements you kind of have to mix and taste to your liking. So the measurements I listed are guesstimates. Bren
