Pork Chops with peppercorn sauce

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6Pork Chops
  2. Olive oil spray
  3. Salt & Pepper
  4. 1pkt peppercorn sauce or make your own

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rub the Oil, salt and pepper into the chops both sides

  2. 2

    Add them to a big enough dish to put under the grill

  3. 3

    Grill them on both sides until they are browned and cooked right through

  4. 4

    Make the sauce ready for when the chops are done. Add a few more whole Green peppercorns.

  5. 5

    Add the chops to a serving dish or plate them.

  6. 6

    Add the sauce on half the chops

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
