Cooking Instructions

Wash and season beef with salt and seasoning cube till soft and tender

Blend peppers n onions n set aside.

Heat oil,add onions n fry the meat. Add blended pepper onions, n tomatoes paste n stir. Add beef stock,grinded locust bean,crayfish,seasoning cube,meat,black pepper n water and allow to boil

Add groundnut, n cover to cook for 15min
- 5
Wash spinach with salt n cut n set in a strainer
- 6
Add the spinach into the boiling pot n reduce the heat,and allow to simmer.Enjoy
