Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefull cream milk
  2. 1/2 tspvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 litter milk lukewarm in the pan and stir it gently,then off the flame

  2. 2

    Add the vinegar and stir it

    When colour changes put in cotton cloth and sieve it.

    Take some lukewarm water and add the cheese and wash it thoroughly.

    Again seive in fine cloth and pack in cling sheet and rest for 4 hours in refrigerator.

    Mozzerella cheese is ready to be used in snacks
