In a bowl add water,baking soda,monng daal and let it soak for 4 to 6 hours.

After 4 to 6 hours drain moong daal water and place it on cotton cloth for 30 mins until it dry.now in a wok heat oil.on a strainer like this👇put moong daal and fry it until golden and crispy.now hot hot moong daal sprinkle salt and mix and let it cool for 20 mins. now moong daal is ready.you can kept in air tight container upto 2 months.
