Steps

Take Maida, salt, ghee in a bowl and mix well.

Add little amount of water as required to prepare a soft dough.

Once soft dough is ready apply 1 Tspn oil /ghee over it and rest it for 15 minutes.

Now prepare sugar syrup as given procedure below.

Now take that dough and make a huge round roti of that dough.

Now dust some maida over roti and now roll the roti smoothly, meanwhile keep on dusting maida over that.

Now cut this roll into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan properly, keep the flame low and fry batchwise these cuted rolls (Khaja).

After deep frying once it becomes little brown remove these khajas and put into sugar syrup.

Sugar Syrup - In a big utensil take sugar and water. Boil it on high flame till sugar gets dissolve completely. Now cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes, add cardamom powder. Prepare one string consistency sugar syrup.
