Heat a kadhai and when heated add ghee and let it heat completely..

Add whole-wheat flour to it and mix thoroughly..

Let it change it's colour and flame will be low...

Once aroma starts coming add sugar to eat and roast it...

Now with one hand pour water and from other roast so that lumps don't form.

Switch off the gas when you get desired consistency..

Serve hot with papad, Ajwain mathari, roasted makhana....
