Soak the dal for 3 hours then grind it by adding chilly, ginger paste and salt and make semi thick batter

Then bit the better with spoon for 15 min. Till fluffy and light

On tawa add 1 teaspoon oil, and 1 ladle better and spread it. Let it cook,

Now apply green chutney on it

Spread it evenly

Then sprinkle greated cheese and role it, and cut into pieces then serve it and sprinkle cheese.
