Sieve refined flour,salt,cocoa powder and baking soda together

Mix sugar and water in a bowl until sugar dissolves completely

Mix mere butter,vinegar and chocolate essence in sugar syrup

Mix dry ingredients slowly and blend with a blender to avoid lumps

Pour the batter into the microwave safe bowl

Microwave cake on high for 5-6 minutes and takeout from microwave

Let cool slightly and takeout the cake from container
