Steps

First Dry roast the sesame seeds till crisp.

Grind them coarsely.

Now Boil the whole milk in a wide sauce pan and simmer till thickens a bit.

Keep stirring the milk.

Now add the roasted sesame seeds and grated coconut to it and Cook for 3-4 mins.

Now add the condensed milk to it and keep stirring for another minutes.

Add the sugar(as per taste) and crushed cardamoms to it.

Now Add chopped cashew nuts and raisins.

Serve hot or cold the Til Kheer garnished with Roasted Til, cashew nuts and raisins.
