  • 1 tspcurd startrs (jaman)
  • 1/2litter milk
  • 1 tspmustard seed powder
  • 1 pinchdry ginger powder (sounth)
  • As par tasteSalt
  • As requiredWhole Red chilli and curry leaves for tadka

    Combine the rice milk and curd starters together in a bowl and keep it overnight..Next morning add salt, ginger powder, and mustard seed powder mix well and tadka with whole red chilli and curry leaves
