Heat 1/2 cup oil add bayleaf + cumin seeds + cinnamon then add washed mutton and saute on high flame for 2 mins.

Turn flame to medium.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.

Mix curd and chopped coriander leaves.and add to the mutton mix it and cook for sometimes.

Then add crumbled brown onion + green chillies and saute for 5 mins.Then add 2 glasses of water and bring to a boil.Cook till 7 whistlesafter that open and check mutton is cooked or not.if mutton is done remove it in a dekchi if not cooked give 2 more whistles.

Peel potato and cut into thick slices and fry in the oil till golden and cooked.

Heat mutton dekchi and add washed rice to it cook till rice is 85% cooked add water if needed.

Put potato slices on top cover it and give dum(slow heat) for 15 mins.

Remove and serve hot.
