Paneer frankie rolls

Firstly, in a kadai heat butter and roast cubed paneer.
roast until paneer turns golden brown. keep aside.now add oil and saute onion, ginger garlic paste.saute until onions turn olden brown.further, add turmeric,chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala.
saute on low flame until spices turn aromat.now add tomato pulp and saute well. to prepare tomato pulp, blend 3 ripened tomato to a smooth paste. - 2
Saute until the oil separates from tomato paste.further, add water, salt and mix well.add in roasted paneer, capsicum and mix well.cover and simmer for 4 minutes.now add coriander and mix well. paneer stuffing ready.

Firstly, in a small bowl take chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala,chaat masala, amchur and salt.mix well and spice mix is ready.

Firstly, take wrap or chapati and warp if required.add eggless mayonnaise and chilli sauce. mix and spread uniformly.

Now add prepared paneer stuffing and spread slightly. top with cabbage, carrot and few onions.

Sprinkle in prepared frankie masala and squeeze lemon juice. also, grate cheddar cheese uniformly.

Now roll tight without allowing the stuffing to come out.
tuck the ends make it well secured.finally, cut into halves and enjoy paneer frankie.
