Ingredients

  1. 5 tablespoonscooked chickpea
  2. 2 tablespoonstahini
  3. 1/2juice of a lemon
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Sprinkle of paprika
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. A fewextra chickpeas to top

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the garlic and mash with a pinch of salt in the pestle and mortar. Add the chickpeas, tahini and lemon and continue to mix until you have you preferred consultancy.

    Put in a serving dish and top with the remaining chickpeas and a sprinkle of paprika. You can also add a little olive oil if you wish.
