Chole Pav
Steps

Soak 100 gms of chole overnight.Cook it in Prestige Pressure Cooker and keep it aside.

Heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.

Add chilli powder,coriander powder and Everest chole masala. Fry them for 3 mins on low flame.

Add chopped tomato,green chillies,ginger and salt to taste.

Add boiled chole and cook for 5 mins.

For added flavor,add chat masala add kasuri methi.

For pav, apply butter on both the sides and cook it on a Non Stick Pan till you get a nice golden colour.
