Ingredients

  1. 1boneless white fish fillet
  2. 1 bunchmustard greens
  3. 1small bowl finely chopped shallots
  4. Ginger, green onions, seasonings

    Pick and wash the mustard greens, then cut into pieces about 1 inch long. Finely chop the shallots and sauté them until fragrant. Add water and bring to a boil.

    Once the soup is boiling, add 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, and adjust to taste. Add the fish and mustard greens. When you turn off the heat, add minced ginger, green onions, and black pepper.
