Make a smooth batter of besan with the help of water.

Add all the ingredients & crushed garlic cloves. Mix well.Keep it aside for 15 minutes

Peel the outer layer of potatoes & cut them in thin oval shape slices.

Heat oil in a karahi.Add cut potatoes in the batter & put one by one in the heated oil.

Deep fry them till they become golden from both sides.Take them our on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with any chutney of ur choice.
