Boil the milk for 10 minutes at high flames coal down the milk then add maida in it and make smooth batter take a pan add desi ghee in it

After doing this you have to take a big spoon and fill the batter in spoon and drop in it the pan drop the batter in a shape saf puri

Then add the puri in to chashni and also add dry fruits in it

Now your malai puri are ready to eat serve it with kesar and cardamom
