Ingredients

20 min.
3 to 4 mem.
  • 2 cupmedha
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1/3 cupboil warm water
  • Oil for frying

    Assemble all the ingredient

  2. 2

    Mix salt,pure warm oil in the centre. Make a dough and cover it for 10 min. Heat in a kadhi. Add mathri to the hot oil cook it in golden brown colour. Serve it with chatni and sauce.
