Sev Burfi , A Sindhi favourite, Singhar ji Mithai as it is traditionally known, is a very popular dessert. Melts in mouth😋.... speciality of this dessert is that it is prepared using unsalted Sev.
Steps

First to make unsalted Sev, take besan in a bowl. Add clarified butter to this. Prepare a soft dough by adding some water. No lumps should be there. Keep it for 10 to 15mins.

Heat oil to prepare unsalted Sev. Using Sev maker fry until light brown.

Now heat a pan to make Berfi. Add sugar and 50ml water to the pan. Cook until sugar dissolves in water. Then add milk and roasted mawa to it.

Now add yellow colour and cardamom powder.

Cook until 1 boil comes. Then add crushed Sev to this. Cook on high flame. stirring constantly to get desired consistency.

Add 1tbsp ghee and switch off the gas. Grease a plate with ghee. Spread the mixture evenly. Spread chopped almonds and pistachio Over it. Press lightly so that dry fruits will stick to the mixture nicely.

Let it cool. Then keep this in the fridge to set. Then cut according to your wish.
