Paneer parantha
This is very delicious and high in protein.
Steps

First mix all ingredients except dough and ghee in a bowl. Stuffing is ready.

Now heat tawa and take ping-pong sized dough. Stuff it with paneer mixture.

Now roll the stuffed dough like a parantha and cook from both sides applying ghee till golden and crispy.

Serve hot paranthas with curd or pickle. Prepare all paranthas like this and enjoy.
