Ingredients

  • 250 gms vermicelli/Sewain
  • 100 gmssugar
  • 200 ml water
  • As requiredalmonds and piatachios
  • 1/2 cupdesi ghee
  • 1Small green cardamom
  • as requiredRose water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pot add ghee then add green cardamom after that add vermicelli add chopped nuts and roast it well until it turns aromatic.

    Now add sugar then add water after sometime add rosewater and keep on low flame for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with chopped nuts and pistachios.
