250 gms vermicelli/Sewain
100 gmssugar
200 ml water
As requiredalmonds and piatachios
1/2 cupdesi ghee
1Small green cardamom
as requiredRose water

Steps

Take a pot add ghee then add green cardamom after that add vermicelli add chopped nuts and roast it well until it turns aromatic.

Now add sugar then add water after sometime add rosewater and keep on low flame for 10 minutes.

Garnish with chopped nuts and pistachios.
