  • Shredded chicken
  • Green pepper
  • Yellow pepper
  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • Tyme
  • Maggi
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Garlic n ginger paste
  • Corn flour paste
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour in oil in pan

  2. 2

    Add shredded chicken for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add in seasoning

  4. 4

    A curry,thyme,ginger n garlic

  5. 5

    Add the 3 coloured peppers

  6. 6

    Stir n simmer for 5 mins

  7. 7

    Add in soy sauce n stir

  8. 8

    Stir in corn flour paste to thicken.

  9. 9

    Leave to simmer n thicken.

  10. 10

    Serve with rice or spaghetti.
