Dhokla is Gujaratis very popular, all time favorite ,yummy traditional dish and very easy to cook.

Add chilli, ginger,garlic paste,salt,asafoetida, sugar,oil in fermented dhokla batter and divide in 3 portion, add Schezwan Sauce,pinch soda in 1 portion, add green Chutney,and pinch soda in 2nd portion and add only pinch soda in 3rd portion and mix well.

Now pour one by one all the three batter on top of each other with spoon in greased heart shaped mould. Draw lines with steak.

Steam Dhokla for 25-30 minutes covered with lid & put some weight on it. Heat oil for tempering add cumin,mustard, sesame, curry leaves, when starts cracking turn off gas and pour all over on sliced dhokla with spoon. Tasty tricolour marble dhokla is ready to serve.
