Ingredients

30 minutes
2 to 4 people
  • 2 cupsuji (semolina)
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1,1/2 tbs salt
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 4-5green chilli
  • 1 tbspsarso seeds
  • 1 tbsrefined oil
  • 1 tbschopped fresh green coriander
  • 2 tbsppalak paste
  • 2 tbsporange juice
  • As required Curry leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take suji add curd, salt make a thick paste rest it for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Then divide into three parts

  3. 3

    In a part add palak paste

  4. 4

    In second part add orange juice

  5. 5

    Third part remain same now add backing powder in all three parts pour the mixture into three different bowls

  6. 6

    In a pressure cooker add water when boil place all mixture bowl for 10 minutes without whistle

  7. 7

    Now remove all bowl when cool remove it on a plate

  8. 8

    In a pan add refined oil when properly hot add sarso seeds, curry patta and green chilli stir 1 minute add this on dhokla

  9. 9

    Dhokla is ready for serve
