First sock the mung dal 3 to 4 hours after the 4 hours wash and drain it and blend it thick paste..

Now take a bowl add grinded paste and add chopped green chilli, ginger salt and mix well..

Now heat the wok add cooking oil heated them then add mixture in ball shape put in to oil and deep fry it..

Now take a bowl add fresh curd add some sugar powder mix well and add fried bde leaves in some time when u serving platter add dahi vada sprinkle chaat masala, pinch of red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder some black salt....
