First clean and trim the fish and make incisions on the fish

In a bowl add all the ingredients and you can adjust the hung curd and Besan quantity. Our paste should be thick

Apply this marinade to the fish all over and both the sides

Rub the mix between the incisions as well.

Set aside for 30 mins.

Preheat the oven at 180 D c.

Grease the pan or grill rack and place the fish on it. grill forn15 to 20 mins till golden brown.

Serve hot with some onions and chutney.
