Egg Pancake with chicken keema

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients...flour, milk, coriander leaves, green chilli, tomato, onion, salt. Mix it and make a thick batter. If require...we can a little bit of water to make a thick batter.

In a kadai, give some oil. Then put jeera,...after that put some onion and fry it. Then put ginger garlic paste and mix thoroughly.

After frying this masala, put chopped tomato...mix it. Then put jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix it.

Then mix chicken keema and peas. Thoroughly mix it. When oil seperates from the mixture, then mix water.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from flame. The chicken keema with peas is ready.

Then heat little oil in a pan. Brush it thoroughly.

Put some mixture of pancake.spread it. Fry on both sides.

Put the chicken keema with peas on it. Wrap it and serve hot with chilli sauce.
