In the hot oil add cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped onions.When the onions turn brown add grated ginger and tomatoes.Cook well until tomatoes mash up and release oil.

Meanwhile pressure cook oats and moong dal with turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.

To the cooked masala add all the chopped vegetables of your choice.Coat them well and fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes

Add enough water, cover and cook till vegetables are done.

Add oats and moong dal to the vegetables and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy it with beetroot raita😋
