  1. 500 gRice
  2. 300 gSliced Fresh Tomatoes
  3. Diced Habanero Pepper30g
  4. 2 cubesSeasoning
  5. 5 gFresh crushed ginger
  6. Fresh Crushed Garlic5g
  7. Vegetable oil3/4Cup
  8. 1 tspSalt

  1. 1

    In a pot,add water and salt,to Cook rice, wash rice with salt and rinse well

  2. 2

    Put in a colander,when water boils,add in rice,cook till soft,scoop into a mold immediately,cover set aside

  3. 3

    Heat up oil on medium heat,add sliced onions and ginger/garlic paste, saute for a min,add I'm sliced tomatoes and pepper
