Grate the palm seeds to squeeze out the pulp.

Heat the Taal/Palm pulp in a pan

When boiling add 1cup grated coconut
- 4
Now cook in medium flame for five minutes. Stir constantly. Then add sugar and milk. Mixed it well.

Cook for another 10-15 minutes in medium flame. Then add dry fruits and cardamom powder, and mix well.

Put off gas oven and let it cool. Serve taaler kheer or palm fruit pudding with roti or puffed rice.
