  1. For pressure cooking-
  2. 2potatoes peeled, cubed
  3. 1carrot peeled & chopped
  4. 5beans chopped
  5. 3 tbspsweet corns
  6. 2 tbspmatar/peas
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. Otheringredients-
  9. 1/4 cupcornflour
  10. 3/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/4 tspjeera powder
  13. 2 tspcoriander chopped
  14. 1/2 tspamchur
  15. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  16. 1 tspkasuri methi
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 2 tbspbread crumbs
  19. as requiredOil for roasting

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker add all vegetables and water, boil for 2 whistles.

    Strain them, take the boiled vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

    Add cornflour, kashmiri lal mirch powder, garam masala.

  4. 4

    Add jeera powder, coriander, amchur.

  5. 5

    Add kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste,salt.

  6. 6

    Add bread crumbs and combine well.

  7. 7

    Take an icecream stick and roll mixture over it.

  8. 8

    Heat the pan, roast the kebab on hot tawa which is greased with oil, flip the kebab after 2 mts, sprinkle very little oil over it.

    Brush with oil, roast from other side also on medium flame.

    Finally enjoy veg kebab with laccha onion and green chutney
