Mix all the dry spices in a bowl and add half of the oil

Fill this masala in tinde

Heat the oil in a pan and keep these tinde in it and add a spoon water and cover to cook on slow flame

Add beaten curd and malai when 90 percent done.

Mix well and fry for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.Tinde are ready
