Ingredients

  1. For marination-
  2. 250 gmspaneer
  3. 4 tbsphung curd
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1/4 tsphaldi
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspkasoori methi
  9. For gravy
  10. 1 cupmatar
  11. 1/4 cupcream
  12. 1/2 cupkaju paste
  13. 1 cupmilk
  14. 3onions
  15. 3tomatoes
  16. 1small ginger
  17. 4-5garlic
  18. to tastesalt
  19. 1/4 tspred chlli powder
  20. 1/4 tspjeera powder
  21. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  22. 1 tspkasoori methi
  23. 5-6 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add hung and dry masala and paneer picecs and keep aside for 30 mins,then take the pan add oil and shallow fry the paneer.

    Roughly chopped the onion,tomato,garlic and ginger. take a kadhai add oil onion, garlic,and ginger saute 2 minutes then add tomato and dry masala and cook it till tomato get soft. Cool it and grind it and strain it.

    Take the pan add gravy and add kaju paste and kasoori methi and boil matar and cook it for 2 mins, then add paneer pieces and cook it for 2 mins.

    At last add cream and mix it well.

    Serve it.
