Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 Bunchmethi finely chopped
  • 300 gramsmeat kheema
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1tomato chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsphaldi
  • 1 tbspmirchi
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a patila add oil saute onion add ginger garlic paste saute all till it beocomes birista.

    Add finely chopped tomatoes and all 3 masalas and saute for a while till oil leaves

    Add kheema and saute for a while till it boils.

    Add finely chopped methi and salt and add 1 glass of water and cook for 15 minutes on slow flame.Tip don't cook with closed lid as bhaji will become kadva(bitter) if you close with lid.
