Steps

First cutting arbi in small pieces and wash it and after some time take a kadhai,add oil and fry.

Take a cooker add ghee add onion, tomato,green chillies, grinded paste and saute it,after that add salt turmeric powder and fried saute well.

After that add some water and take 6-7 whistles,.then add spieces and serve it.
