Ingredients

Potatoes boiled 4 to 5 medium
1 cupChicken boiled
1 tblsoil
1/4 cup🌽 corn
1/4 cupcapsicum
1/4 cup🥕 carrot
1small onion
1 tblssoya sauce
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper black
1 cupfresh bread crumbs
1 tblsblack sesame seeds
cubesCheddar cheese
1beaten egg
Oil to fry

Steps

Fry onions in oil with capsicum and carrot. Pour soya sauce and mix.sprinkle salt and pepper.

Add in chicken, corn in mashed potatoes.

Take an amount of the potatoes mixture flatten on Palm add cube of cheese and make a ball. Dip in beaten egg then bread crumbs.

Fry 4m both sides. Enjoy it with hot souce or chilli sauce.
