Dark chocolate cake

Using beater,beat egg whites until soft peaks then add yolks one by one then add sugar and beat for more 2-3 minutes....

Add oil, milk and both essences and beat for further 2 minutes...

In a separate bowl mix flour,cocoa powder and baking powder....

Add this dry ingredients to the mixture and beat for 2 minutes until the batter is ready...(Tip:Do not beat more after mixing dry ingredients)

Bake for 45 minutes....

Use toothpick or cake tester to check either sponge is ready or not...

If tester comes out clear then put the cake sponge on turnable or plate(as per availability) and decorate it with chocolate ganache....

For chocolate ganache,melt chocolate on a double boiler or in a microwave(for 2 minutes) then add cream and mix thoroughly and decorate ur cake....
