This is one easiest recipe of my mom which is prepared in jiffy with just two ingredients-onions and tomatoes.
Steps

Peel onion and cut in long slices.

Chop tomato in slices or in cubes

Heat up a pan and add oil
- 4
Add cumin seeds and when they crackle add sliced onion.

Sauté for 2-3 minutes then add all the dry masalas and stir to avoid burning.

Add chopped tomato and green chilli (if using).

Stir well and cover the pan with a lid and cook.

Cook for 5 minutes or till onions and tomato’s are tender a bit. (Cook on low flame).

Stir on high flame once and a quick sabzi of onions and tomatoes is ready.

Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy sabzi with parantha, roti or bread.
