Vanilla cup cakes
Vanilla cakes are my favorites!
Steps

In a bowl sift the flour 3 times repeatedly, add the salt, baking powder and vanilla powder and stir well then set aside.

In a mixing bowl add the sugar and butter and beat on medium high speed till creamy and fluffy. Add the vegetable oil and beat for a minute,till well combined. At this point you will love the texture of the mixture.

Now add 3 eggs and cream together for 30 seconds, add another 3 eggs and beat for 30 seconds again. Add the remaining 2 eggs and mix together for a minute.

Gradually add in the flour, bit by bit and mix. Do this until the flour is exhausted in the beaten butter mixture. Lastly add in the vinegar and give it a quick mix, 30 seconds at most. Pour batter into cake cup and bake in a preheated heated, till golden brown. Enjoy!
