Steps

Add mutton, salt,ginger garlic paste and water in a pot.

Completely cook the meat.make sure 1/2 cup of yakhni is left.

Now in another pan add oil and saute ginger garlic paste.

Then add tomatoes and cook and bhonofy till tomatoes are completely cooked and release oil.

Now add mutton, yogurt and all spices and bhonofy and bhonofy.

Add the yakhni and cook completely when water is dried then bhonofy again properly.

In the end sprinkle ginger, corainder leaves and lemon juice and mix.

Serve with naan and enjoy.
