Take maida in a bowl,add a little salt,1tea spoon oil and make a soft dough.Divide into two and coat with 2table spoon corn oil.Cover and rest for 1hour.

Meanwhile chop roughly,ginger,garlic and green chillies.Add chicken cubes,mint,salt and pepper powder.Grind to a smooth paste.

Now press one maida ball by applying oil on it.Do not use a rolling pin.Put 1table spoon chicken mixture on one side of rolled paratha.Cover and seal the edges.Apply some maida on other part and cut strips as shown in picture.

Fold paratha,and press to form a disc.(picture).Press by hands to form paratha.If required put some oil on paratha.

Heat a tawa,cook paratha on medium to low flame for 5-6 minutes.Apply oil generously on paratha.Cook till golden.serve.
