Boil the chickpeas.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Put all the whole spices in the pan and saute it.

Put ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion and fry it until they are brown.

Put all the grinded spices, tomatoe puree, chopped tomatoes, some water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Put all the boiled chickpeas and let it cook till the texture is thick. Add coriander and cheese to it.

Mix aata, suji, maida, 1/2 tbsp oil and prepare a dough.

Make big and thick rotis and give it the shape of a plate by pressing it's corners.

Stuff the roti with chickpeas. Put water to the corners of another roti and stick to the previous one by pressing the corners.

Now cook it in the tandoor.
