Grind ur onion n scotch bonnet add to ur meat n add ur seasoning mix it well

Then take ur meat molt it n roll ur fry plantain on it then ur tooth pick n sock at d edge

Pour ur oil in fry pan, Whisk ur egg then sock d plantain n fry it
