Steps

First take a wok heat milk a comes to boil..then cook till 1/3 milk add cardamom powder,fennel seeds powder, sugar mix well....

Then add cornflour mix with some water...add this.

Then take a mixer jar add pan and gulkand mix well then strain it

Then add this mixture in milk and add colour.....gas off.

Then cool it..and pour the mixture in moulds..freeze for 8 hours
